In this site, you will be able to find the inspection report for the property you had inspected, assuming your inspector is a member of the site and that he has uploaded the report .

The inspection reports are provided on a .PDF format and will need for you to have Adobe® Acrobat Reader® 4.0 or greater installed in your computer to be able to open and print the report. A free copy of the latest version is available from the Adobe® website and can be downloaded and installed in few minutes. Once installed in your computer, you will be able to open, save to your computer or print the report.

SECURITY

Keep in mind that the reports may be protected by the inspector at his discretion and Acrobat Reader® will need the correct password to allow the report to open. Your inspector will send you an email or call you with the password if this is the case.  Reports that are not password protected by the inspector can be viewed by anyone that knows of its existence within this site. If you had your report protected and lost or forgot the password, you will need to contact your inspector directly. His e-mail will be listed on the information lines for the page with your report link.
