The reports uploaded into the TheReportOnline.com retrieval system are documents created by the inspectors. The inspectors may set up individual passwords and permissions to the reports to which TheReportOnline.com does not have access to. TheReportOnline.com, Inc. is not liable for any errors or omissions of the inspections or the reports, nor for any misinformation uploaded by the inspectors that is displayed on the report search results.

Using the retrieval system implies that you agree to NOT hold TheReportOnline.com and/or its employees liable for any errors, omissions, misinformation or misrepresentation uploaded by the inspectors or inspection companies using our services. In addition, by using TheReportOnline.com retrieval system, you acknowledge that TheReportOnline.com does not provide a secured server and does not keep any personal information on our database other than the name of the inspector and the name of the agent for searching purposes, and that you understand that the reports are secured by the individual inspectors.
